Using the ECUtune memory adaptor
we are ble to update the tuning of the Subaru SVX engine
management system for performance enhancements,
new fuels, and engine modifications. The ECUtune
adaptor is a multi-tune adaptor allowing us to offer two
different tunes in one package; using a switch, the user can
easily and conveniently switch between tunes.
SVX Stage One: The
default tune in the SVX Stage One package greatly improves performance and drivability
while improving fuel economy. The second tune offers
even greater performance improvements but without the
improvement in fuel economy.
SVX Stage Two: Both
tunings provided in the Stage Two package use a larger air
flow meter and fuel injectors to offer turn key accurate engine management for modified
cars. The default tune in the SVX Stage Two package
provides tuning for modified cars running unleaded gasoline
with camshafts, turbochargers, superchargers, etc..
The second tune in the SVX Stage Two package is for use with E85 fuel.
With the flip of a switch at fill up users of the Stage Two
package can choose between the E85 and gasoline tune to
match the fuel being used.
SVX Transmission Control
Units: Transmission control computers with updated
shift maps and customized rev limits. A great way to
improve city driving and fuel economy on a stock SVX and
necessity for an SVX with a built engine.
